The terms and conditions governing all transactions with EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC through CashforCards.org.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before submitting cards or engaging in any transaction with CashforCards.org. By using our website or submitting an offer request, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Seller," "you," or "your") and EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as CashforCards.org. By accessing our website, submitting an offer request, or engaging in any transaction with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enter into any transaction with EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC. By submitting an offer request, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to sell the cards you are submitting.
You further represent that you are the lawful owner of all cards submitted, that the cards are free from any liens, claims, or encumbrances, and that you have the right to transfer ownership of the cards to us.
You may submit cards for purchase by completing the offer form on our website. Submissions must include accurate and complete information regarding the card(s) you wish to sell, including card type, player name, set, condition, and any grading information. Photos are strongly encouraged and improve offer accuracy.
Upon reviewing your submission, we will issue a cash offer via email based on current market data and the information and photos you provided. Offers are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC.
All offers are valid for 72 hours from the time of issuance. The trading card market fluctuates significantly, and offers not accepted within this window may be revised or withdrawn. We are not liable for market changes that occur between submission and payment.
Offers or total transaction amounts exceeding $2,000 require additional seller verification and confirmation before cards are shipped. We will contact you via email with instructions. This is for insurance, fraud prevention, and verification purposes.
All packages received by EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC are opened and documented upon receipt. Each shipment is photographed and logged immediately upon unboxing and cross-referenced against the seller's submitted card list.
Any discrepancy between the submitted card list and the contents received will be documented and communicated to the seller within 24 business hours with full photographic evidence. The seller's submitted card list constitutes the agreed inventory for the transaction. EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC is not responsible for items not listed on the original submission form.
Sellers are strongly encouraged to retain a copy of their submission confirmation email as a record of the agreed card list prior to shipping.
All PSA and BGS cert numbers submitted through the estimate form will be verified against official grading company databases prior to the issuance of a prepaid shipping label. If a cert number cannot be verified, does not exist, or does not match the card described in the submission, the offer will be voided and no label will be issued.
Upon receipt of graded slabs, all cert numbers will be re-verified against the submitted information. Any slab received that does not match the submitted cert number — including switched slabs, counterfeit labels, or altered cases — will be treated as a material misrepresentation. The offer will be immediately voided and the matter may be reported to USPS Postal Inspection Service, local law enforcement, and relevant marketplace platforms.
All cards received are subject to physical inspection by our inspection team. Our inspection process is conducted close to PSA grading standards and evaluates corners, edges, surfaces, and centering. Centering is a determining factor in a card's condition and will be assessed accordingly.
If a card is determined to be in worse condition than represented at time of submission, we will issue a revised offer via email with photographic documentation identifying the condition discrepancy. You may:
We reserve the right to void any offer if the cards received differ materially from what was described or photographed at time of submission, including but not limited to wrong player, different parallel, unreported damage, smoke or odor damage, or misrepresented condition or grade.

Upon acceptance of an estimate, EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours of acceptance or the sending of the confirmation email, whichever comes first. Available carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on shipment value and size.
Cards must be shipped within 48 hours of estimate acceptance or the sending of the confirmation email, whichever comes first. If cards are shipped after this window, market rates may have changed and the original estimate may be subject to revision at time of receipt. You will be notified of any revision before payment is issued.
If the seller chooses to ship using a label or carrier not provided by EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC, the seller does so entirely at their own risk. EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC assumes absolutely no responsibility for packages lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen when shipped using a seller-arranged label. No insurance coverage or transit protection applies on the part of EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC for seller-arranged shipments. The seller is solely responsible for filing any claims with their carrier.
You are responsible for packing cards properly. Minimum recommended packaging: penny sleeve and rigid toploader or card saver, secured inside a bubble mailer or box with adequate padding. For graded slabs, wrap in bubble wrap and pack snugly to prevent movement. Cards arriving damaged due to inadequate packaging will be condition-reported accordingly and may result in a revised offer. EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper packing.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC will immediately document the condition with photographs and contact the seller within 24 business hours. For shipments using our prepaid label, we will file a carrier claim on the seller's behalf. For seller-arranged shipments, the seller must file their own claim directly with the carrier.
If a shipment takes an unusually long time to arrive, the original estimate may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions at the time of receipt. You will be notified of any such adjustment before payment is issued and given the option to accept or decline.
If an estimate is voided for any reason, return shipping will be arranged using a tracked, insured label and confirmed via email with tracking information provided. Return delivery is estimated at approximately 3 business days from the date of confirmation.
Upon completion of inspection and acceptance of the offer, payment will be issued within 48 hours via one of the following methods:

Payment is contingent upon successful inspection and verification of all submitted cards. Payment will not be issued for any cards that are voided, rejected, or returned.
All sales are final. Once an offer has been accepted and payment has been issued, no returns, reversals, chargebacks, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances, except as expressly stated below.
The sole exception to the all-sales-final policy is as follows: if we issue a revised offer due to a condition discrepancy identified during inspection, and you decline that revised offer, your cards will be returned to you at no cost. In this case only, no sale is completed and no payment is issued.
Once payment has been issued and accepted, the transaction is complete and irrevocable.

The submitted card list and cert numbers constitute a binding pre-shipment inventory declaration. Any deviation from this declaration upon receipt will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
Any breach of these representations may result in immediate termination of the transaction, forfeiture of the offer, and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a specific transaction shall not exceed the offer amount stated for that transaction.
We are not responsible for market fluctuations, price changes, or decreases in card value that occur after an offer is issued or a transaction is completed.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of any card submitted, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction with EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of New York under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of any transaction, forfeiture of payment, and may result in reporting to USPS Postal Inspection Service (a federal law enforcement agency), local law enforcement, and relevant marketplace platforms including eBay:
Using the United States Postal Service to commit fraud — including mailing empty packages or misrepresented items — is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1341 (mail fraud). EZ Cards and Collectibles LLC will not hesitate to involve federal authorities where appropriate.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
